- A mountain-hiking course mainly starts from the other side of an observation deck service area and leads to Myeongbong Peak via the summit. After the Chuncheon outer road ranging from Chuncheon Gamjeong-ri, Dong-myeon to Hakgok-ri, Sindong-myeon was connected up to the hillside in 1992, it has had such accessibility that it could take root as a resting place for citizens and be known as a place for taking a rest while appreciating night views. There are many cafes here and there and many people visit here to go paragliding these days.
